If the reporter provides their name and email address, they will receive a confirmation of receipt via email. If the reporter does not provide their contact information when submitting the report, they should note the report reference number for any questions or complaints regarding the resolution of the report.
BookandHunt.com will inform the reporter of the decision regarding the information to which the report pertains, providing details about legal remedies related to that decision and indicating whether automated means were used for processing and/or decision-making (if such means were used).
In the notification, BookandHunt.com will provide a clear and specific explanation of any of the following restrictions imposed due to the information received from users representing illegal content or being incompatible with the terms of service:

If BookandHunt.com becomes aware of any information that raises suspicion of a committed or likely committed criminal offense, or that a criminal offense is ongoing that involves a threat to the life or safety of a person or persons, it will immediately notify the relevant prosecutorial authorities and provide all available relevant information, which may include the name and email address of the reporter and any user data related to the said suspicion.
The name and email address of the reporter are used only for legally prescribed purposes and are retained for 6 months from the date of the report unless a complaint has been filed regarding BookandHunt.com’s decision related to the report.
Complaints
BookandHunt.com has provided access to a complaint resolution system via email, allowing reporters or users to electronically and free of charge submit complaints against decisions made by Njuškalo upon receiving a report or decisions made due to information received from recipients representing illegal content or being incompatible with its terms of service.
Complaints can be submitted once within a period of 6 months from the day the reporter was informed about the previous decision.
BookandHunt.com processes complaints submitted through the designated complaint resolution email in a timely, non-discriminatory, diligent, and non-arbitrary manner. If the complaint contains sufficient reasons for Njuškalo to conclude that its decision not to act based on the notice is unfounded or that the information to which the complaint pertains is not illegal and is not incompatible with its terms of service or contains information suggesting that the user’s actions do not justify the measure taken, it will promptly change its decision.
Additionally, BookandHunt.com will immediately inform complainants of its reasoned decision and the possibility of out-of-court dispute resolution and other available legal remedies. HAKOM is the authority responsible for certifying bodies for out-of-court dispute resolution. HAKOM and certified bodies may be provided with the name and email address of users for dispute resolution purposes.
The name and email address of the reporter are used only for legally prescribed purposes, as previously mentioned, and are stored for 6 months from the date of the report unless a complaint has been filed regarding Njuškalo’s decision related to the report, in which case they are retained longer.
Transparency
BookandHunt.com has a legal obligation to provide reports on all content moderation in the relevant period at least once a year. The report will not include or disclose the name and email address of the person who made the report or the person whose content was moderated.
