WoundingThe animal will be considered wounded if blood is found and or under PH sole opinion.It must be paid for in full if not recovered during the hunt.4% ZTA tax to be paid on lost or wounded animals.

Cancellation & ChangesThere shall be no refund on any deposit paid if a hunt is canceled within six (6) months of the Safari's commencement date. The operator will make all possible efforts to reschedule based on availability.If a hunt is canceled before six (6) months of the safari date, all efforts will be made to refund the full amount or part of the amount should the hunt be resold. Otherwise, if required, the hunt will be sold at a discount against the deposit already paid.If the Safari Operator or the area cancels the Safari is closed to hunting or travel for any reason, before commencement of the safari, the client will receive a full refund.No refunds will be made if the client leaves the safari before the scheduled completion date.Fees paid for a specific trophy or daily rate at booking may not be credited towards any additional expense or alternative trophies. These extra expenses must be paid in camp in addition to the original contract.
