Addax Hunting
The Addax is a stocky antelope with short legs and tails. Its coat changes seasonally, white or pale brown in summer and gray, beige, or dark brown in winter. Both sexes feature shaggy manes and an ‘x’ marking on their faces. Adults weigh 130-275 pounds (60-125 kg) and stand 33-38 inches (85-95 cm) at the shoulder, with males being larger. Their horns measure 28–33 inches (70–85 cm) in length. Adapted to harsh environments, Addax thrive in the Sahara Desert, including sandy areas, rocky hills, and semi-arid grasslands. Their lifespan is unknown in the wild, but males can live up to 11 years and females up to 14 years in captivity
