Cheetah Hunting

The cheetah, scientifically referred to as *Acinonyx jubatus*, is a large cat famous for its remarkable speed and unique appearance. As carnivores, cheetahs mainly prey on small to medium-sized ungulates such as gazelles and impalas. They depend on their agility and stealth to pursue their prey, often relying on their excellent eyesight to detect food from afar. In terms of social behavior, male cheetahs frequently form groups, typically with their brothers, to enhance their hunting success and increase mating opportunities. In contrast, females tend to be solitary or may remain with their dependent cubs.
