Grey Partridge Hunting

The grey partridge (*Perdix perdix*) is a small bird species in the pheasant family (Phasianidae) that is indigenous to Europe and certain parts of Asia. This bird is typically found in agricultural land and grassy areas. Its diet primarily consists of seeds, grains, and a variety of green plants, but it may also consume insects, particularly during the breeding season when it needs extra protein. Grey partridges are frequently observed in small flocks, especially outside of the breeding period. They are ground-dwelling birds, noted for their strong capability to walk.
