Kirk’s Dik-Dik Hunting
**Kirk’s Dik-Dik** (Madoqua kirkii) is a small antelope species found in the eastern and southern parts of Africa. This species typically resides in dry, bushy savannas and scrublands, favoring areas with dense vegetation that offers protection from predators. As herbivores, they primarily consume leaves, shoots, fruits, and grasses, and they tend to forage during the cooler early morning and late afternoon hours to escape the daytime heat. Kirk’s dik-dik are usually solitary or exist in small family groups, comprising a male alongside one or two females and their young. They exhibit strong territorial behavior.
