Rhino Hunting
Rhinoceroses, or rhinos, are large, thick-skinned herbivorous mammals belonging to the family Rhinocerotidae. There are five species: the white rhino, black rhino, Indian rhino, Javan rhino, and Sumatran rhino. Rhinos are known for their distinctive horns, which are made of keratin, the same material as human hair and nails. These animals are typically found in grasslands, savannas, and tropical forests, primarily in Africa and Asia. Rhinos play a vital role in their ecosystems by helping to maintain the structure of vegetation. However, they face significant threats from poaching for their horns and habitat loss, leading to declining populations and conservation efforts to protect them.
