Suricat Hunting

Also known as the meerkat, the suricat (Suricata suricatta) is a small mongoose found in southern Africa, primarily in arid and semi-arid regions. Known for their sociable behavior, suricats live in large family groups and are often seen standing on their hind legs to survey for predators. Their diet consists mainly of insects, but they will also eat small vertebrates and fruits.
