BookandHunt.com provides an online platform through which verified hunting tour providers (hereinafter referred to as “outfitters”) can advertise their hunting tours, and through which visitors of the website can discover, browse, and book these hunting experiences (“our services”).
1.1 Platform Description: Our platform functions as an advertising and booking site, allowing users to search for hunting trips based on specific criteria such as location, game species, price range, and dates.
1.2 Booking Process: While BookandHunt.com facilitates the discovery and initial booking process, we do not process payments for the actual hunting trips. All financial transactions for the hunting experiences occur directly between hunters and outfitters.
1.3 Ad Placement Process: a) Outfitters select an advertising package from our pricing options. b) They are then directed to a form to submit their ad details. c) After completing the form, outfitters are redirected to the payment process. d) Once payment is successfully completed, BookandHunt.com will post the ad within 24 hours.
1.4 User Accounts: To access certain features of our platform, users may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.1 Verification Process: All outfitters listed on BookandHunt.com undergo a verification process before being allowed to post listings. This process includes: a) Personal identification verification b) Business registration checks c) Relevant licensing and insurance verification
2.2 Disclaimer of Verification: While we make reasonable efforts to verify outfitters, BookandHunt.com does not guarantee the accuracy of our verification process. Users acknowledge that there may be instances where an outfitter is incorrectly verified, and BookandHunt.com shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from such errors.
2.3 Advertising Responsibilities: Outfitters are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and updates of the information in their advertisements. This includes, but is not limited to: a) Hunting trip details b) Pricing information c) Availability d) Terms and conditions specific to their services
2.4 Content Moderation: BookandHunt.com reserves the right to remove, edit, or suspend any advertisement that: a) Violates our terms of service b) Contains inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information c) Receives consistent negative feedback from users d) Fails to meet our quality standards
2.5 Public Display of Information: By submitting information to BookandHunt.com, including but not limited to personal details, business information, and ad content, users and outfitters acknowledge and agree that this information may be publicly displayed on our platform. Users should exercise caution when deciding what information to share.
3.1 User Responsibilities: Users of BookandHunt.com agree to: a) Provide accurate and truthful information b) Use the platform for its intended purpose of finding or advertising legitimate hunting experiences c) Respect the rights of other users and outfitters
3.2 Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited: a) Fraudulent bookings or advertisements b) Harassment or abuse of other users or outfitters c) Attempts to circumvent the platform’s booking or advertising systems d) Any illegal activities or promotion of illegal activities e) Unauthorized data collection or scraping of the website
4.1 Ad Payments: Outfitters are required to pay for ad placements through our platform using our designated payment processor. Payments are processed according to the selected ad package and duration.
4.2 Hunting Trip Payments: BookandHunt.com does not process or handle payments for the actual hunting trips. These transactions occur directly between the hunter and the outfitter.
4.3 Refund Policy for Ads: Refunds for ad placements may be issued at the discretion of BookandHunt.com, typically in cases of technical errors or if the ad service cannot be provided as advertised.
4.4 Dispute Resolution: In case of disputes between hunters and outfitters regarding hunting trip payments or experiences, BookandHunt.com may act as a mediator but is not responsible for enforcing agreements or processing refunds for hunting trips.
5.1 Email Communications: By providing your email address to BookandHunt.com, you consent to receive communications from us. These may include, but are not limited to: a) Service-related announcements b) Newsletter c) Promotional offers d) Updates to our terms or policies
5.2 Opting Out: Users may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in the email or by contacting us directly.
6.1 Ownership: Unless stated otherwise, BookandHunt.com owns all intellectual property rights to the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software.
6.2 Limited License: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the BookandHunt.com platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BookandHunt.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: a) Your use or inability to use our services b) Any conduct or content of any third party on our services c) Any content obtained from our services d) Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content e) Errors or inaccuracies in the verification process of outfitters
7.3 Maximum Liability: In no event shall BookandHunt.com’s aggregate liability for all claims related to the services exceed the greater of €100 or the amount you paid BookandHunt.com in the past 12 months.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BookandHunt.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: a) Your use of and access to our services b) Your violation of any term of these Terms and Conditions c) Your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right d) Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party e) Any interaction or transaction between users and outfitters facilitated through our platform
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms and Conditions or the website shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Split, Croatia.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Prohibited Actions and Legal Consequences
It is strictly forbidden for competitors or any malicious parties to contact outfitters through the BookandHunt.com platform. Any attempt to engage in such activities, including but not limited to harassment, unauthorized solicitation, or attempts to harm the reputation or business of outfitters, will result in legal action. Violators of this policy will be subject to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law, including civil and criminal proceedings.
